The documents displayed are examples of internal communication materials that I distributed last year to over 10,000 employees within my current company during our organization's transition from Avaya phone systems to Microsoft Teams Phone. Although our company had been utilizing Teams for a few years already, this integration marked the addition of outbound calling features. These written documents were designed to serve as a comprehensive resource for employees, addressing any questions and providing guidance throughout our transition process.

The document displayed is an example of an internal resource created to inform senior leadership and VPs about new changes, updates, and initiatives from corporate IT. I developed a streamlined communication process that included email delivery, announcements on company-wide IT channels, and verbal presentations during monthly management calls.

This vision board was requested by my manager. I created a Microsoft Forms Survey that was sent to the entire team to gather their personal thoughts and suggestions on team dynamics,, ways we can improve as leadership, and overall collaboration. With the results gathered, I created a vision board to present to the rest of our leadership members to strategize together on how we can implement the change requests, or stay vigilant in current practices. 

Assigned by my current Senior Manager, this project involved creating a structured recruiting guide for all hiring managers. The guide was designed to serve as an invaluable resource for effectively recruiting new employees.

University project: 10-slide presentation with the scenario of a Communication Manager designing a communication management plan to communicate with multiple audiences while doing business. No one tool could be used; goal was to utilize various communication technologies to coordinate communication among different audiences such as employees, customers, and local businesses.
